Open-Plan working isn’t as scary as it once sounded. Whereas it was a means to an end once upon a time; cramming in as many desks as possible within a floor plan. A sea of desks is not a welcoming vision and therefore furniture has adapted and evolved to break up open-plan spaces with impromptu informal meeting spaces, planters on top of storage units, huddle booths or private nooks to escape the noise of a working office or flexible collaboration space than can be adjusted to suit the day’s activities.
