In the world of Sagal Group, where ‘Love Where You Work’ environments thrive, our team members are not afraid to take on extraordinary challenges outside the office. Among these awe-inspiring achievements, Natalie, our Creative Director, is preparing for an upcoming event that will test her limits and push her beyond her comfort zone.
Natalie’s adventure will unfold over three days in June, as she embarks on an epic bike ride from Ljubljana to Piran in Slovenia. Covering a total distance of 395km, this arduous journey will take her through breathtaking landscapes, challenging ascents, and exhilarating descents. The route promises to be a test of physical endurance and mental resilience, as it encompasses a staggering 5,949m of climbing. The very thought of this feat is enough to make one’s eyes water and evoke a sense of awe.
This demanding bike ride lies not only in personal growth but also in contributing to a great cause, Promoting Mental Health and Well-being. Club Peloton is the charity and real estate cycling community transforming the lives of young people. Since 2006, it has given £4.5 million in grants to projects that make a real difference.
Natalie believes that engaging in such outdoor adventures holds incredible value for mental health and overall well-being. The invigorating experience of being surrounded by nature, the sense of accomplishment, and the fulfillment of overcoming challenges can positively impact one’s mindset and outlook.
Conclusion: In the ever-evolving world of work, Sagal Group remains steadfast in its commitment to personal growth, well-being, and fostering a love for what we do. Natalie’s upcoming bike ride through the mountains of Slovenia encapsulates the spirit of adventure and resilience that defines our team. As she embarks on this extraordinary journey, we stand beside her, inspired by her determination and motivation to follow suit. Together, we believe in creating a workplace that not only promotes ‘Love Where You Work’ environments but also encourages individuals to push their boundaries, embrace challenges, and make a positive impact in the world.
