Instead of relying on standard folding tables, we developed a custom solution: a system that combines two fixed meeting tables with a large mobile folding table.

A Seamless, Sophisticated Design

In Kester’s office, we maximized flexibility by integrating the folding table into the room’s overall layout. When the movable partition in the room is opened, the mobile table bridges the gap between two fixed tables, forming one large, seamless boardroom table. This adaptability allows the space to accommodate meetings of all sizes while maintaining an executive, high-end look.

To enhance the design, we selected a smoky green Fenix finish for the tables. This finish not only gives the tables a sleek, modern feel but also adds a touch of elegance that complements the room’s décor. The construction involved an MDF core with matching finish hinged access power flaps, also in Fenix material, ensuring a polished appearance even when the outlets are in use. Every detail was considered, keeping the room’s sophisticated look intact.

Creating an Intimate, Executive Space

Beyond the large meeting room, we designed a smaller, more intimate meeting space near the reception area. This room was outfitted with high-back tan leather armchairs, perfect for creating a professional yet comfortable atmosphere. The centre piece of the room? A stunning blue Fenix barrel Ramo steel meeting table that adds a bold, modern touch to the space. This design, paired with the rich décor, makes the room feel exclusive and inviting.

Flexible Workspaces Throughout the Office

In the main office, we introduced Gio sit-stand desks, storage walls, and end-of-desk lockers topped with planters, creating a modern, flexible workspace that not only looks great but also encourages productivity and well-being.
