Job Title: Sales Support Administrator

We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join the team at this exciting time in our development. You will be working with both the Sagal Group and Furniture Hive brands.

Job Summary:
We require a first-class all-round administrator willing to get involved and work as a key part of the team. The role is office-based and you will undertake a wide range of administrative duties including:

  • Building and Maintaining Price Database on Excel
  • Taking specification briefings from the sales team
  • Producing client quotations and presentation documents
  • Being part of client Showroom presentations
  • Managing Showroom samples, orders and stock levels
  • Responsible for and working independently on Dealer sales account enquiries
  • Answering telephone enquiries
  • Liaising with Projects team on deliveries and installations
  • General administrative and support duties typically required by a small, active team.

Job Title: Sales

We are looking for an outgoing, individual to join our team in Clerkenwell to build Relationships with our key target market – Design & Build, Architects, Interior Designers, and Project managers.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the entire sales and delivery process from initial contact, establishing need, understanding brief and competition, proposal and presentation of a solution with a quotation, negotiation, closing, after-sales.
The ideal candidate will have both or one of either strong commercial furniture background or B2B design sales background to our target audience. i.e. a complementary industry or product.
Enthusiasm for design and working with key decision-makers to deliver exceptional projects.
